We do require financing to be in place 10 weeks before the estimated date of delivery. (We will be able to assist with financing through Westbank if needed). If you are a cash buyer a further R60,000 together with the cost of all the extras on your list will be required at this stage. The outstanding amount is payable 3-5 days before pickup.
